The world is different today than it was a few weeks ago. COVID-19 is sweeping across our world and nation. Uncertainty is at an all-time high, as we experience a complete disruption in our homes and workplaces. There’s no quick fix. There’s no silver bullet. The best thing we can do is lean in. Be proactive with our listening, empathize with people’s greatest concerns, communicate frequently and confidently, and be flexible and supportive to meet the needs of our fellow man.
It is with this in mind, that after discussions with the reunion elected officers and family matriarch, that we have decided to postpone the Smith Family Reunion to July 30 through August 1, 2021.
IF you have already paid your reunion registration fee you CAN:
- Request a refund (contact Juliette Greenlee for refund instructions)
- Do Nothing (Registration Fee will process for the reunion in 2021)
- Prepay Reunion Registration (processed for the reunion in 2021)
I hope you will all remain safe, heed the advice and warnings of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and “Social Distance” to flatten the curve. GOD is good all the time and with his strength and guidance we will all endure safely.
